One Brand Project Pan: Wet n Wild Intro

Hello lovelies, I have decided that I am going to get a head start on my project pans for next year. It has been a while since I have done one of these one brand focused project pans and I decided that it would be Wet n Wild since I have a bit of product from this brand that I can work on. I chose some products that I have been using pretty much everyday anyway so I am not too worried about getting through these products in a decent amount of time.

Coverall Powder - Already some serious pan on this powder. I enjoy this powder when I am using something lighter weight and I want a bit more of coverage. This is the second one of these that I will be working through so that should tell you how I feel about this powder.

Contouring Palette - highlight shade - This is helpful when I need something a little more brightening underneath my eyes. Great natural way to highlight the face without a glow or shimmer. It just lightens my face up.

Contouring Palette - contour shade - This is a really great natural contour for me. Especially since I get a little paler in the winter, this creates the perfect shadow. I know for a fact that I will be repurchasing this when I finish it.

Coverall Foundation - This may take me a little longer than the other products because it is a bit dark for me. It can get to full coverage pretty quick and I don't really like that right now so I have to be a little careful when applying it. But when I get it right, it is absolutely a beautiful foundation and such an inexpensive option!

Lipstick in 902C Bare it All - This is something that is going to take me a little longer to get through since it is matte and I don't need that much of it. I love this shade though for everyday and I don't need to reapply it that often so it will be a perfect option for when I start teaching full days in January.

These are staple products for an everyday look for me. I really enjoy all of these products and I don't think I will have any trouble getting through all of these. I will let you all know from now that I would definitely be repurchasing these when I use them all up.

9 By New Years Update #2

Hello lovelies, Its been a few more weeks since my last update on this project and this will probably be my last before the finale. I have unfortunately only managed to finish 1 more product for the grand total of 2!...please note the bitter sarcasm at the fact that the progress on the other products is not so promising.

Urban Decay - Hit pan on W.O.S - This happened this morning and it was about darn time! The dip in this is huge because I use a larger brush with it to set my eye base. It is a good palette and I have been really enjoying getting more use out of it lately.

Evelyn Iona - Cream blush in Ash - What was left in this was all against the sides and it was hard to get my brush covered evenly so I had to reset it to the middle. There isn't much left in here, but I don't know that I can actually get it finished.

Essence - Lip Liner in In the Nude - Didn't really reach for this as much. My lips have been really dry lately and this lip liner just doesn't agree with dry lips.

Maybelline - Babylips in Strike a Rose - Same progress as last time. I have been really trying with this one, but I think the only way I can finish this is if I look like a clown for the rest of the month and that it just not happening. I think when this project it over I will just give this to my niece since I feel like it isn't really moisturizing my lips that much.

Bite Beauty - Lipstick in Pepper - Only a little progress because I decided that I would instead focus on finishing the Covergirl lipstick since it is older. There probably won't be much more progress on this by the end of the month.

Revlon - Colorstay eyeliner in Charcoal - tiniest bit of progress on this because I actually forgot that this was in this project and I just wasn't reaching for it. I will try to make more of an effort, but there is no way that I will finish this!

Covergirl - lipstick in Rush - It is going to be a stretch, but I am really going to try and finish this lipstick. It is basically the only lipstick I have been wearing. I didn't do much the week of thanksgiving and so I didn't wear this and I think that made a bit of a difference. However, this will literally be on my lips every day for the next month.

Revlon - Nearly Naked Foundation - This is the only foundation that I have been reaching for so I am not surprised that I have made such steady progress throughout this project. I think it is actually possible for me to finish this one.

So there it is. There is definitely progress on the products, but with only a month left,...I think I can get the foundation, lip liner, and covergirl lipstick done. Until then though I will be kicking my butt working on these products so that even if they aren't done by the end of the year, they won't be in 2017 for too long.

Project Ipsy Month 12 Update

Hello lovelies, it is time again for an update on my Project Ipsy. I can't believe that I have been doing this for as long as I have. I am really excited for this year to end so I can restart this project again. I have decided that I am going to be doing it a little differently next year so that I will be able to get more done. However, until then, I will just show you the little progress that I made this month.

I have finished 2 more products this month.

Nourish Organic - Argan Face Serum - This has been helping my skin with the dehydration issue and I have been getting more into serums since I had first started this. I wouldn't purchase this specific one, but I definitely plan on getting my hands on some sort of primer for the winter.

Smashbox - Photofinish Primer - I have had so many of these samples and really I don't know that it makes my foundation last any longer than it would otherwise. So I won't be purchasing this either.

Marc Anthony - Conditioning Treatment - I used this after coloring my hair recently and it smelled really good and actually made my hair pretty soft. The mark is under the word coconut.

Absolute - Lip Balm - I am still working on clearing the one half of it by the end of the year. Not sure how doable it is at this point.

Vasanti - Face exfoliator - I could have jsut used this and been done with it, but nope. I may have used it 2 or three times though.

Mitchel and Peach - Fine Radiance Oil - I have been really enjoying mixing this in with my foundation lately. However I only need 2, 3 drops at most, and it is pretty slow moving.

La Vanilla - Pure Vanilla Roller Ball - I think if I had cared how I smelt over Thanksgiving break I would have been done with this, but I didn't leave for a week and I will smell as I please in my own home haha. Also it was in my room which my brother and his wife from out of town had taken over so I couldn't really get to it.

Not Soap Radio - Liquid Freud - Been making more and more progress on this. My hands have flared into full eczema mode and this will most likely be done by the end of the month since it is always in reach.

Chella - Ivory Lace highlighter crayon - same steady progress with this.

It Cosmetics - Brow Pencil - made the tiniest bit of progress with this from a week of use.

Be A Bombshell - Lip balm - this went missing for a while so there is minuscule progress.

Trestique - lip crayon in Nantucket Nude - I am so proud of the progress on this one. I think I will definitely have this done for the finale!

So there it is. This is not all the products I am working on, but it is the products that I actually have some progress on. There isn't much this month, but with Thanksgiving and the end of the semester coming up, things have been pretty busy and not much has been going on my face. I know I will have a lot more done for the finale, but the total is 39/90.

Sephora VIB Sale Picks!

Hello lovelies! It is that time of year when Sephora has their Fall VIB sale. There are some things that are already waiting in my cart and there are some things that are on my wish list that I am still giving some thought to. Some of these are sold out online as of now, but I hope by this weekend or in store they will still have them I am going to go over some of my picks here!

First Aid Beauty Deep Cleanse Kit - $12
Too Faced Let it Glow Highlight and Blush Kit - $25
Bite Beauty The Perfect Bite Set - $25
Sephora Favorites Glow For It - $30
Peter Thomas Roth Mask Sampler Kit - $25
 Origins Bestsellers - $45
Clinique Lip Pop in Beige Pop - $18.50
Marc Jacobs Re(marc)able Foundation - $55
Cover FX Custom Cover Drops - $44

Like I said, these are just a couple of the things that I am looking into getting. I probably won't get them all (especially considering some are sold out!), but I feel like it has been a rough semester and I need to spoil myself a little...or a lot. I want to spoil myself a lot.

Is there anything that I am missing on this list that I should check out? What are your picks?

9 by New Years Update #1

Hello lovelies, well it has been 3 weeks I think since my introduction post for what is supposed to be my last project pan for the year. I chose 9 items that I thought would be relatively easy to get through, however I think I may have misjudged a few of them. I'll just get right into it though so you can see for yourself.

To start off, I have reached my goal on 1 product!

Urban Decay - Naked Basics - hit pan in Faint - I used this in my brows and as an eyeliner and it already had a pretty decent dip going through it, so it didn't seem to take too long for me to hit pan.

Essence Lip liner in In the Nude - I keep forgetting to reach for this, but I still managed to make decent progress I think.

Maybelline Babylips in Strike a Rose - I am not a fan of the color of this at all and it does absolutely nothing to moisturize my lips. I mean this may be the worst of all the babylips that I have tried.

Bite Beauty lipstick in Pepper - I love this lipstick. I would definitely be purchasing this in full size soon!

Revlon colorstay eyeliner in charcoal - I am actually pretty surprised that I have gotten that much use out of it. I don't even remember actaully using it more than a couple of times.

Covergirl lipstick in Rush - Love this lipstick but I don't need to reapply so it is definitely slow moving.

Evelyn Iona cream blush in Ash - I have expanded that pan showing on this and I think it will actually be possible for me to get this finished.

Revlon Nearly Naked foundation - I am using it, but I don't like it very much. Because I have so much focus towards it though there is definitely more progress than I had expected.

Urban Decay Naked Basics WOS hit pan - I will probably hit pan on this within the next week. I am using such a large fluffy brush that it will be a lot of pan quickly I think.

So 1 down and 8 to go. I have hope for this project with the exception of one of the lipsticks. I think I am going to need to focus solely on one and then move on to the next, also I need to be reapplying a lot. I think by the next update I will have pan on the shadow for sure. I am going to focus on the Covergirl lipstick and the lip liner as well. I have about a month and 3 weeks to work on all of this so I really have to focus in on all the products.

13 by Halloween Project Pan Roulette Finale

Hello lovelies, Halloween was yesterday and that means that this project that I feel like I have been working on for forever has finally come to an end. I think it felt like a really long project because I was constantly working on 13 items because it was a roulette. This means that I picked my products based on topics that I chose at random. Each time I finished one or met my goal I picked a new topic.

Previously finished:
Update 1 - Urban Decay Beauty Balm, Hit pan on Rimmel Stay Matte Powder.
Update 2 - Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch, hit pan on Tarte Private Chateau shadow.
Update 3 - NYC Get it All foundation stick, NYC bronzer in Sunny.

For the finale I have finished another 3 more products.

Foundation - Loreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder - this was marked with the black lines. I was shocked to see how much of this I used once I started to use solely this as a foundation. I stopped mixing it or using other things and it really shows with the amount of progress I made. It's nice to have another foundation out of my collection, especially one that is not even close to being my correct shade. I will not be repurchasing this.

Lip Gloss - Tarte Cannes - nice lip gloss, but I know that I don't like the feeling of lip gloss on my lips so I won't be purchasing any more and that it has been nice to be finally using a lot of these up.

The Balm - Single Shadow in Flirty - Can you all see how empty that pan is? I have never used up a shadow completely before so this is kind of a big deal for me. It was a nice purple color that had gold shimmer running through it. I have another of this in the Nude Dude palette so it is nice to be down to only one again.

And now for all the things that I didn't get to finish...

Face Powder - Rimmel Stay Matte technically this was done a while ago since all I wanted to do was hit pan on a relatively new powder, but I said that I would show you all how far I got with it at the end of the project. It is amazing to see that I had so little of this left that I had to crumble it to be able to use it. I can't believe I went through it so quickly!

Highend Product - Mac Studiofinish Concealer - I don't think I've used this even once since the last update. It is a bit dark for me now, but I don't know that I can let myself wait till next summer to use it again since it is pretty old. I think I can get away with it under my foundation and with a really light concealer on top.

Face Primer - Rimmel Stay Matte - I am so surprised at how much of this I have gone through. Face primers usually take me forever and a day to make this type of progress. It is kind of sticky glue type of primer so I will be happy when it is gone, but I am definitely going to give it a rest for a while and use other primers.

Brow Product - Loreal Brow Stylist plumper - There is obviously no way that I can actually show progress on this. However I can tell you that it is starting to dry out, I may be getting rid of this soon. It's alright but I have brow gels that I prefer over this one. I have a full review on it here.

Eye Primer/base - Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo in Barely Branded - I can count on one hand how many times I actually used this.

Already Hit Pan on - Wet n Wild Reserve your Cabana - I really thought I would be able to get to hit side pan on this, but honestly I have been preferring a really strong highlight and this just doesn't cut it for me.

Highlighter - Benefit Watts Up - I think another month of this and I could have finished it. Still, I am really proud of the amount of progress that I made on it.

Free Choice - Pacifica eyeliner in Fringe - So close to being unable to sharpen this anymore. Feel like I'll actually be able to get through it by the end of the year now.

Cheap Product - Rimmel Nude eyeliner - My eyes have been extra sensitive lately and I just haven't been wanting to wear any sort of eyeliner.

Pink Lipstick - Bite Beauty in Cafe - I haven't been wearing much on my lips except for  lip balm since they have been so dry, thus the tiny progress shown here.

Rimmel - eyeliner in Ivy - I think I used this once since the last update. Like I said I don't want any eyeliner right now.

So 9/13 isn't too bad in my opinion. I completely used up a lot of products including my first bronzer and eye shadow, so I am really happy with how this went. I also made serious progress on products in my Makeup Use Up challenge for the year. There is also the fact that I got good use on products that have been forgotten in my collection like the Bite lipstick and Rimmel primer. Overall a really successful project pan!

Project Ipsy Month 11 Update

Hello lovelies, well I figured it is time for another update on my Project Ipsy. I can't believe that this year is getting so close to coming to an end. I haven't finished up nearly as much as I thought I would this year, but I am still really happy with how this project went. I overestimated the amount of time it takes for me to use up a lot of these products, especially since a lot of them were full size. Anyway, I will get into it and end this little ramble that could go on forever.

I managed to only finish 1 product this month.

Bayberry Naturals - Rosehip and Hibiscus Moisturizer - man oh man I was not a fan of this at all! It came out really liquidy, it would literally just pour out from the packaging. The worst part is that it just sort of sat on top of my skin and did not sink in at all resulting in very little actual moisturization happening.

Here is the updates on the products that actually have some progress.

Nourish Organic - Argan Face Serum - This is making such a mess in my bathroom so luckily it is almost done. It has been helping a lot with the super dehydrated skin situation that I have been dealing with. I drench my face in this every night and let it just soak up.

Not Soap Radio - Liquid Freud - Well I remembered this a couple of days ago when I was sitting at my desk and my arm started to randomly itch. I think I need to just put it somewhere more visible. It really shouldn't be this hard to finish.

Pixi - Flawless Beauty Primer - Use this everyday. It gives a lovely subtle glow to my skin. I just have to think about where I am putting it because it can get a bit overboard.

LaVanilla - Rollerball in pure vanilla - I have been absolutely loving this. I'll be sad to see it go and I think that I will be finished with it soon. Maybe I should grab one during the VIB sale sephora has coming up.

Absolute - Lip balm in Green Apple - Now that I have technically hit pan on 2 of the edges I am going to try and focus on 1 side of it. There is a chance that I can get one side cleared by the end of the year.

Chella - highlighting crayon in Ivory Lace - I have been absolutely loving using this to really clean up my brows.

J Cat - Big Lip Pencil - not too big of a dent, but something is better than nothing.

It Cosmetics - Brow Power - I made the teeniest little dent in this.

Be a Bombshell - lip balm - teeny progress on this as well.

Trestique - Nantucket Nude - made a little progress on this. I swear this lip product regenerates over night.

Marc Anthony - Argan Oil - Unfortunately there is no way for me to actually track the progress on this because it is a black opaque bottle, so I guess I will just use it until it is gone.

Trestique - Shadow Crayon in Aspen Pine - This is a really pretty deep olive green with gold shimmer in it. Pretty excited to see how I can make this work.

Marc Anthony - Conditioning Treatment - My hair definitely needs a pick me up and I hope this works for it.

Pacifica - Power of Love Lipstick in Nudie Red - I know I probably won't make too big of a dent with this lipstick, but I like it as an option and if it is in a project I feel less guilty about using it all up.

37 out of the original goal of 91. I'm not mad at being more than a third of the way there. I am hoping that I can definitely get a few more of these out by the next update, or at least by the end of the year.

Empties Oct. 2016

Hello lovelies, the little box I keep my empties in was definitely overflowing so I decided that I would go ahead and do this post. There are a lot of little odds and ends in here so I will just get right into it.

Neutrogena - one step gentle cleanser - this was really great at removing my makeup. I am currently using the foaming one from the same line, but it really irritates my skin. Will definitely go back to this one once that one is finished up.

BBW - Warm Vanilla Sugar Intense Moisture body butter - This is my signature scent. I absolutely love how this smells and already have a backup.

Tony Moly - I'm Real Aloe Mask - this is such an amazing mask. It really is moisturizing. I remember I had some seriously terrible skin issues and I used this and it was like they were never there.

Bite Beauty - Agave Lip Mask - I have one and a half of these little samples left. I am not a fan of this lip balm at all.

Origins - Clear Improvements Face Mask - Love this mask and as soon as I get through the deluxe sample I have of it I will probably purchase a full size.

BioRepublic - Cucumber Breeze mask - This was a nice sheet mask. Not as effective as the Tony Moly ones though.

Crest - White Luxe in Diamond Strong - favorite toothpaste of life. Really makes my teeth a lot whiter and brighter.

Wet n Wild - photofocus Setting Spray - great setting spray at a great price. Once I get through all the ones I have on stick right now I will repurchase this one.

Too Faced - Better Than Sex mascara - This is alright. I don't really know what the hype is all about. It worked well enough at making my lashes look really full, but it crumbled down my face a lot and smudged too much for me to consider purchasing a full size.

Urban Decay - Revolution lipstick in Naked - Love this lipstick and already have a full size of this perfectly peachy nude.

Almay - Smart Shade - Love this stuff but am refraining from purchasing until I get through a few more foundations and bb creams, but once that happens I will definitely be purchasing a full size.

Ulta - Beauty Sponge - Already have a backup of this. I like it better than the Real Techniques one.

Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Brightener - I like this concealer but this was just too bright for my liking. I have purchased the regular concealer so I am looking forward to trying that one out.

That is all the products that I have been through recently. Pretty happy that there are actual makeup products there. Sorry I have been really MIA lately but school has really taken over everything. Will probably do a post on it later.

9 by New Years Project Pan Introduction!

Hello lovelies, well I decided that I would go ahead and fit one more project pan in for the end of the year. If you seen my recent update on my Makeup Use Up challenge then some of these products will make complete sense as to why they are a part of this project. I figured the best way to get myself to use them up by the end of the year is to put them in a project.

Evelyn Iona Cream Blush in Ash - I already am seeing the bottom of this little container so I am hoping that I can get this done within the next 2 months. That is if I actually remember to apply it.

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation - this foundation color only works for me closer to the winter season when there is no trace of a tan left on my skin. Since I am almost done with the foundation that is in my Halloween project pan than I should be able to get to working on this one. I am worried that I won't be able to finish it though.

Urban Decay Naked Basics palette hit pan on W.O.S - This is a standard color that I use to set my primer so it shouldn't be too hard to hit pan, however this palette has very little use with a lot of the shadows.

Urban Decay Naked Basics palette hit pan on Faint - I only use this as a liner color and that is why you can see a dip there, however I do think I still have a ways to go with it.

Essence lip liner in In the Nude - There isn't much left here so I am not too worried about finishing it up. I am ready to start using other liners though since I feel like I have been using this one for forever now.

Maybelline Baby Lips in Strike a Rose - The last of my baby lips that I have managed to completely forget about all year.

Bite Beauty lipstick in Pepper - I figured I am already working on the other side of this lipstick so why not?

Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in Charcoal - I don't think I will have this done by the end of the year, but I really want to try and make good progress on it. I have been enjoying cooler toned looks and this eyeliner looks nice with them.

Covergirl lipstick in Rush - I really want this gone by the end of the year and I feel like it is actually possible compared to the other lipsticks that are a part of my makeup use up.

So this is a bit of a gimme project if you look at some of the products, but they are really just some things that I want to move out. These are all products that have been pretty ignored the first 9 months of the year and I just need to focus on them some more!

Hello lovelies, another 3 months have past and that means it is time for another update for the Makeup Use Up challenge that I am doing this year. Project Ipsy Month 10 Update

Hello lovelies, here is the newest update on the Project Ipsy that I have been working on all year. I finished more products this month than I think I have in any other month, so I'll just get right into it!

Pure Brazzilion - Leave in conditioner - This was nice, but I don't think I would purchase it. I found that I don't really have a need for leave in conditioners. I am much more a fan of just deep conditioning and doing hair masks instead.

Ofra - single shadow in Bliss - There is the tiniest bit of pan in there. Gorgeous champagne color. The formula of this shadow is really nice.

Bare Minerals - Marvelous Moxie lipstick in Get Ready - Well this melted a little and then it just fell apart. I sort of marked it on the paper, but I am ready to let it go despite how much I have left of it. I finished more than half of it and considering I wasn't the biggest fan of the color on myself, I think that is pretty darn good!

St. Tropez - Gradual Face Tan - Just glad to have this out now.

Not Soap Radio - Liquid Freud lotion - Really disappointed that I haven't used this more than a couple of times. I thought I could have it done in a month but I guess not.

Absolute - Lip balm in Green Apple - Making my way to the next side of the pan. It is pretty thin where you see product in the middle there. I don't know that I am going to dig into the bottom of the side pan the way I did on that first side because it is a little hard to get the product out of there and I don't really mind some being left in there. It is a nice lip balm though.

La Vanilla - Pure Vanilla rollerball - I use this every day. I am surprised there isn't that much progress.

Chella - Ivory Lace highlighter crayon - Been loving this to clean up my brows.

J Cat Beauty - Big Lip Pencil in Caramel Mocha - Been really enjoying this color for Autumn.

Be a Bombshell - Lip Balm in French Kiss - Momentarily lost this so there isn't as mcuh progress as I would have hoped for.

Trestique - Mini Lip Crayon in Nantucket Nude - This is a great center of the lip highlight. Also great to mix in and lighten up some darker colors.

And now for the products that I am adding in:

Nourish Organic - Argan Face Serum - I don't actually know what serums do, but I have been using all of my samples of them and decided that it was time to bring this one out and use it up.

Smashbox - Photofinish Primer - this is a gimme product and I don't really care.

Bayberry Naturals - Rosehip and Hibiscus Moisturizer - I needed a new moisturizer and this is the one that I am going to use.

Mitchel and Peach - Fine Radiance Face Oil - My skin is already becoming dehydrated from the dryer weather, so I am clearly all about rehydrating it with all the skin care products I chose to add in.

So there is a quick update. I skipped over the products that I didn't make any progress in. Really hoping I can get a few more of these products out by the end of the year. I don't know yet whether or not I will be keeping this project going through next year or starting fresh with it. I am leaning towards starting fresh. What do you think I should do?

13 by Halloween Update #3

Hello lovelies, today I finally bring you another update on my 13 by Halloween project pan roulette. This will be the last time that I am adding any products in because it is October and it is pretty impossible for me to finish anything else in a month that I haven't been working on already. Anyway, I'll just get right into it!

I finished 2 more products!

Bronzer - NYC Sunny Bronzer (I repressed into this pan) - There wasn't much left, but I am happy to have officially finished my first bronzer! This is such a huge deal for me. It was also on my list to finish this year and that makes me really happy too!

Something New - NYC Get it All stick foundation - I have such mixed feelings about this. Safe to say that I will not be repurchasing. I didn't even dig into what was left in the packaging. I may keep it around to clean up my eyebrows, but probably not.

And now for everything I have left!

Benefit Watts Up - I kept forgetting to use this and you can definitely see a difference between last month and this month's progress. Not sure if I can get this finished in the next month.

Pacfica eyeliner in Fringe - I have been using this as a brow pencil and it is really working for me.

Rimmel Scandaleyes in Nude - making some progress, but my eyes have been pretty sensitive lately and I have been skipping lining my waterline.

Bite Beauty lipstick in Cafe - I completely forgot about this lipstick, but I'm hoping that I can still get it done by the end of the month.

Mac Studiofinish concealer - You can't tell from the pictures, but I have definitely made more progress with this concealer. I know I won't be able to finish it by the end of the project, but there is slightly a better chance that I can have it done by the end of the year.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded - There is some very slight change here. I keep forgetting to reach for it though.

Loreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder - I have been making some progress here. I think all of my lines from before were wrong, but now I can see through the glass and that means I am actually watching my progress now, which is motivating considering I really want to stop using this now and move onto something else.

Rimmel Stay Matte Primer - This looks, smells, and feels like glue but not in a necessarily bad way. It works though so I guess thats all that matters.

Tarte lipgloss in Cannes - It has been really hard to get product out and I already know that I am not going to be taking out the stopper. This probably won't have much progress by the finale, but I would still consider it finished.

The Balm eyeshadow in Flirty - I repressed this but haven't used it much at all. I just keep finding other shadows that I want to reach for instead.

Loreal Brow Stylist Plumper - failed to add this to the picture, but you wouldn't be able to see progress anyway. It feels like it is starting to really dry out though. It is doing a little less for my brows everyday.

And now the products I have added in!

Already hit pan - Wet n Wild Reserve your Cabana - I think I just want my goal for this to be to hit side pan. I know I can't finish it in a month.

Rimmel - Special eyes eyeliner in Ivy - I have already made the tiniest bit of progress on this. I never used it before so I was more than happy to put it in here even though I won't finish it. I'm just happy to actually be using my products.

So that brings me to a total of 6 out of 13 products done. I don't know that I can actually reach 13 products. I think I can get to 10 though, and I would be more than okay with that considering I am actually completely using products up and not just reaching goals on them.

a/n: School is taking over my life and this should have been up a couple of weeks ago. Better late than never?

7 Summer Flings Finale

Hello lovelies, I am a week late with this update, but I did take the photos on the first day of Autumn. I managed to finish 3 more products, which makes a total of 5. I thought I would do a bit better on the products, but I am happy with all the progress that was made.

St. Ives spray lotion - Love the smell of this, but I prefer the regular lotion instead. I didn't feel like this one provided enough moisturization.

Jergens natural glow - I didn't like the smell of this and I don't think it actually made me any tanner.

Mario Badescu facial spray - I already have a backup of this.

ELF Mineral face primer - I am ready to put this away for a while. I am not sure how I feel about it and I think I just need a break from it.

Bath and Body Works liplicious - I really thought I would get through this by the end of the project, and I was close, but oh well. This is something that I wanted to have done by the end of the year and because of this project I think that it is actually possible now.

Empties and Finale on Project 15 Pan

Hello lovelies, I have made my empties bin a little bit smaller so that I am not waiting so long to update you all so when I added an empty mask packet in there I realized that the box was hardly closing and it was probably time for an updated empties post. I am also including the finale for a project 15 pan that I was doing. I finished or decluttered more than a few products based on that project so I am considering it done. There are a lot of products to get through here so I will get right into it!

Tony Moly - I'm Real Rice Mask Sheet - This made my skin feel amazing afterwards. I was having some issues with minor breakouts all over my skin and this really helped clear it up.

Garnier - Clean + Blackhead Eliminating Scrub - I really enjoyed this scrub while I used it. My sister in law bought me a full size bottle of it and I am happy to have it. I will most likely repurchase this in the future.

Lather - Ultra Light Face Lotion - Just a moisturizer, nothing spectacular about it. Wouldn't repurchase because it doesn't have SPF in it.

Sephora - Rose eye mask - I have used eye masks quite a bit lately, but I just don't understand them. I mean, with a face mask I usually see the difference right away or not at all. With eye masks I just never see the difference. I don't even feel the difference.

Sephora - Lotus Sleeping Mask - I wouldn't repurchase this specific one, but I have liked other masks in this line.

ELF - Lip Exfoliator - I just really don't like this because it dries out my lips as opposed to making them feel soft and smooth. Definitely not going to repurchase this again.

Doo Gro - Mega Thick Growth Oil - I don't know that this made my hair grow any faster, but it was nice to imagine that it did.

Clear Eyes - Triple Action eye drops - This works well, but I am not allowed to use these eye drops anymore because I had eye surgery. These are very inexpensive so I don't mind tossing them.

Almay - Smart Shade - love this stuff and definitely need to purchase it in a full size once I get through a few more bb creams and foundations.

CVS - Brow Pencil in brown - this did the job, but I prefer powder or pomade over pencils.

Sally Hansen - Hard as Nails in Hard-Core Party - Decent polish, no need for me to repurchase this any time soon. I use to do french tip nails and this was a great base for that.

Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear in Lacey Lilac - there was a time when I was really into this color but not anymore. I also have bottles from ipsy that are newer than this if I do want to go for that color.

Real Techniques - Miracle Complexion Sponge - I much prefer the Ulta sponges at this point. All the ones like this that I have used have been different. I don't understand the inconsistencies in production.

em - Waterline in Turquoise - this has beyond dried out. I recently went through all my liners and this practically scratched my hand when I swatched it. I have too many green eye liners to try and make this work.

Loreal - Telescopic Shocking Extensions mascara - Love this mascara, but I have ones that I prefer over it. I do have another back up of it though.

So there it is. I went through a lot of products recently. Always happy to see some makeup products in my empties. They are little personal victories for me.

a/n so this should have gone up over a month ago, not sure how I overlooked that. Better late than never though!

Project Ipsy Month 9 Update

Hello lovelies, I have another update on my project ipsy. This has been a different kind of month for me in that I have really started to look at these products and question whether I actually want to use them or if they are even still usable. So there are a couple more "empties" for this update than normal.

Avene Thermal Spring Water - I used this on the days where I was far too lazy to get up and go wet my makeup sponge in the bathroom so I went through it pretty quickly I think. I prefer something that isn't so strong of a spray and more of a mist so I won't be purchasing this.

Hang Ten tanning oil - I have confirmed that this makes my skin breakout. I always get a rash after using it so I will definitely be staying away from tanning oils in the future.

NYX Butter Lip Balm - I said I was going to declutter this and well I am. I have lip balms that actually moisturize my lips to get through and that won't stain everything red, so definitely won't be repurcahsing any of these.

em cosmetics waterliner in Turquoise - I was recently decluttering my collection and found that I have I think it was 10 green eyeliners. Quite frankly no one in their right mind needs that many so as I was swatching all of them to see which I would get rid of I realized how uncreamy this on is.

Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer - I have been using this a lot lately. I am really enjoying a lit from within look and this is perfect for it.

Pure Brazillion Leave in Conditioner - I could have considered this done because it isn't coming out of the spray nozzle anymore, but it is liquidy enough that I can pour the rest out to use it.

Absolute Lip Balm - I have hit some serious side pan and am going to keep working my way through this. I don't think this is something that I can have done by the end of the year though. It takes a while to get through it.

Ofra Shadow in Bliss - You can't tell in this picture but I am probably less than a week away from hitting pan on this shadow. It is a gorgeous rose-gold/champagne color and I don't mind using it.

St. Tropez Gradual Tan - made a huge jump in progress with this. I decided that using it on my legs is better than my face because it was giving me a pretty orange tint to my face that I wasn't a fan of.

Vasanti Face Exfoliator - I have been enjoying this well enough. I do prefer something that has more skin care properties in it and this just isn't covering it for my blackheads and breakouts.

Chella Ivory Lace highlighting Pencil - I have been really enjoying using this to clean up my brows and so that is helping me get through it a little faster.

J Cat Big Lip Pencil in Caramel Mocha - Have been enjoying this as a purse lippie and since I have been out a lot lately that is working to get me through it. I have switched it to my makeup stand and it may make its way to my back pack to use at school.

Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in Get Ready - I have been enjoying this a little more than I used to and I think it is because I am a bit tanner. I am going to have to try and get through it while I still have some color to my face.

Starlooks Amethyst eye liner - I have been really experimenting with this eyeliner. Makes for an interesting brow product!

NYX Slim Pencil in Silver Shimmer - Again reaching for this as a brow product. it also looked interesting on the eyelids. Still need to do a little more experimenting though.

Mary Kay eye crayon in Turquoise - I used this as a base for a blue eyeliner look that I did and it came out really pretty.

It Cosmetics Brow Pencil - This is not my favorite eye brow product, but I am working through it.

Not Soap Radio lotion - I think this would make a really great lotion to through in my back pack.

Trestique mini lipcrayon in Nantucket Nude - I am really hoping that it won't take me too long to get through this, but I have had it as a fail in another project pan.

La Vanilla roller ball in Pure Vanilla - I feel like this would be a great scent for the Fall/Winter season. Also I have been really enjoying using roller balls.

be a bombshell lip balm in French Kiss - there is a bit of this lip balm left but I think I am going to keep this for work. I get through a lot of lip balm that way. Also I thought it would be a good substitute for getting rid of the NYX one.

So that was a really long post. I have officially made it through 32 ipsy products. That is a huge jump from last month and even though a lot of that number is products that were decluttered, more of it was products that I actually used up. I definitely feel like I will have another I think 4 products done from this list as well as the products that I am making my way through that aren't here.
